Cade lambs

Cade lambs - A cade lamb is a lamb which has been rejected by its mother or it's mother has died.  Often the case is its mother has given birth to too many lambs, and cant feed them all.

Feeding guide - Cade lambs are very weak themselves because they haven't had the nutrients from their mothers first milk .  Farmers also resent from the idea of having cade lambs because they require a lot of labor.

This is one of my cade lambs which I reared up at the age of 6 weeks old.  I had to bottle feed for 8 weeks 3 times a day and slowly weaned it off.
